Join us this Sunday, September 9th for the Mexican War Streets House & Garden Tour, the oldest and finest house tour in the city of Pittsburgh. During the 49th annual event, held from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., visitors will be treated to a leisurely, self-guided tour of homes and gardens throughout our historic neighborhood on Pittsburgh’s North Side.
Homes on tour represent beautiful restorations and some that offer a glimpse behind the effort that goes into a work-in-progress. Every home is unique and expresses each homeowner’s personal taste and style. The House Tour will also showcase a midway of vendors and mobile eateries.
Allegheny Millwork & Lumber is a long time vendor supporter of the tour, this year we are a sponsor so please stop down a see us in the midway.
Presale tickets are $18 each or $15 if you buy 10 or more. Tickets are $20 the day of the tour.
Please pick up your pre-ordered tickets at the welcome booth on Monterey Street near the YMCA. Here is a preview of the house locations on the tour. Parking lots are located at the corner of Brighton Road and Jacksonia; Buena Vista and Eloise; and Sherman and Greeves. Street parking will also be available.
Hope to see you there!
